Master Program Cyber Security

On-site, Hybrid
  • Leipzig, Sachsen, Germany

Job description

Your chance to join Northwave, one of Europe's leading security service providers.

Your start at Northwave

For more than 17 years, we have specialized in protecting businesses from cyber attacks. With our integrated services, which combine people, processes and technology, we are one of the leading providers in Europe.
Do you already have a bachelor's degree or a diploma in a relevant degree programme and can look back on several years of professional experience in information security? Would you like to take your career in cyber security to the next level? Then we have the perfect offer for you! We offer you the opportunity to complete a part-time Master's programme in Cyber Security in cooperation with the renowned Lancaster University Leipzig.

What you can expect from us

You will become part of the Northwave Germany team and can fully develop your interests and skills. Depending on your previous knowledge and personal goals, you will join our Cyber Security team at Northwave and become a full team member from day one. We will also support you during your 12-month Master's programme at Lancaster University Leipzig. With your Master's degree in Cyber Security, you will not only have in-depth technical knowledge, but will also have gained practical experience to advance your career at Northwave.

First things first: you will receive a permanent employment contract with 30 days holiday per year. Let's discuss how you can reconcile your working hours and your Master's degree programme. We offer various part-time models and flexible working time arrangements.

Master's program

We pay the fees for the 12-month Master's programme at Lancaster University Leipzig. As part of our FeedForward Cycle, you will also discuss with your manager what else you need for your development and how we can support you.

It is important to us to respect and value each other - as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your 230+ colleagues from the Netherlands and Germany is to take part in one of our many activities, such as our annual trip to the theme park.

You will be equipped with a modern MacBook and iPhone. We have height-adjustable desks in our offices and our CEO loves to kit us out with merchandise ;-)

Depending on how much traveling your position requires, we offer various mobility solutions for you to choose from. Let's talk about it.

What else...

No, the fruit basket in the office is not a benefit for us, but a matter of course - just like coffee, tea and lemonade. Have you ever tried Dutch caramel waffles?

The program is offered in cooperation with Lancaster University Leipzig.
