Your Mission


As a result-oriented Head of Sales for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), it’s your job to lead and expand our regional sales team. With your drive, expertise and personality, you offer your team vision, direction and solid sales tactics.

As part of the DACH Management Team, you report to the General Manager and you have a strong connection to the Group CCO and Group Marketing Director. We have been active in this region since 2018 and are considered a valuable and trustworthy partner by all of our clients. It’s now time for the next phase in our growth and that is to build a much more prominent presence in DACH. You are instrumental in developing and executing our business plan to this effect. We are trusting you to deliver long term strategic relationships with our clients and accelerate our growth pace at the same time. We expect you to lead by example and be instrumental in building the next phase of our success in this region.

Our goal is to become the leader in holistic cyber security in the DACH region, as we are today in the Benelux. To achieve this, we use the solid (technological) basis developed in the Netherlands and the authority we have already built up, combined with a local organization that serves the German-speaking market.

Job requirements


Thanks to your degree and more then ten years of relevant professional experience, you have proven sales expertise in the field of managed (security) services, consultancy or IT. With your analytical, strong communication and leadership skills, you are able to lead the DACH sales team to success by setting a clear sales vision translating this into tangible team results. You understand that sales is a numbers game and at the same time you have matured beyond the traditional approach to sales. You understand that relationship, confidence and a relaxed attitude are essential for long term success.

It goes without saying that you have an inspiring and cooperative leadership style and can clearly communicate and implement your visions as well as helping your team in further personal development. Native German and professional English language skills and, of course, a willingness to travel, round off your profile.
