You design the range of services and ensure that our services are seamlessly connected to the German market and its requirements. You will identify opportunities for managed security services and realize them together with the sales team.

You lead a continuously growing team of Northwaver:innen. You promote the further development of your team members and hold development discussions with them. When selecting new team members, you emphasise cultural fit.
In this position, you are also responsible for annual planning and keep track of the (financial) figures and targets. You actively seek collaboration with other European teams within Northwave so that we can realise our vision together.

The location for this role is ideally our DACH headquarters in Leipzig.

Our Ambition

Our goal is to become one of the market leaders in the field of cyber security in Germany. To achieve this, we use the solid (technological) basis developed in the Netherlands and the authority we have already built up, combined with a local organisation that serves the German market. As Head of Managed Security Services, you can play a key role in achieving and actively shaping our goal.

Our Offer

As Head of Managed Security Services at Northwave Deutschland GmbH, you will have the opportunity to live entrepreneurship with a safety net. You will have the opportunity to put together your own team and work with them to build something, realise ideas and break new ground. You will always benefit from the excellent reputation that Northwave has already earned in the industry, an inspiring corporate culture that supports you in your role as a leader and shows you trust and appreciation. You will be supported by proven technologies and over 230 enthusiastic cybersecurity experts at our headquarters in Utrecht.
