Job description
We are looking for you as a working student for our Northwave Germany team in Leipzig.
Your mission
As a working student, you will support our sales team and our marketing manager in making Northwave even better known on the German-speaking market and winning new customers.
Your tasks will include involvement in social selling, e.g. by writing LinkedIn messages, market research, event organisation and maintaining the CRM system. You will also help with the creation and processing of offers, presentations and contract documents.
You will be part of the team from day one, with colleagues in both Germany and the Netherlands, and will be able to contribute your ideas. We are currently expanding in the DACH region (literally...we are currently building a new headquarters). So this is your opportunity to help shape the future and learn a lot.
What can you expect from us?
Contract
Your studies come first. That's why your working hours are always coordinated with you and take your semester schedule into account. We also offer you an attractive hourly wage (above the minimum wage) and six weeks' holiday per year.
Equipment
Our office is equipped with Apple devices, height-adjustable desks and a fridge that is always stocked with cold drinks. Oh, and there's regular Northwave-themed merch, as well as cakes and Dutch caramel waffles.
Team
At Northwave, you are part of an international team of more than 230 security enthusiasts who are happy to share their knowledge and are happy to provide support, e.g. at the company run or the pub quiz. In Germany, we are still being built up - so this is your chance to help shape the future.
Job requirements
The most important thing for us is that you fit into the team and are keen to help shape and advance Northwave. Of course, we also have a few technical requirements for this position.
Education
You are studying economics or similar, ideally with a specialization in marketing or sales.
Knowledge and experience
You have already gained some experience in sales, e.g. during an internship. Knowledge of marketing, document management or general back-office activities is also an advantage.
Other strengths
You have an independent and structured way of working. You speak good to very good German and English. And most importantly, you have a passion for cyber security and a professional and modern corporate environment.
