What you do

You help our clients optimise their Incident Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity within the cyber domain. This ranges from companywide tasks, like developing organisational plans and large-scale exercises to interpersonal tasks like team trainings and 1-on-1 leadership coaching. Together with a team of colleagues, you work on our programmes, projects and (internal) innovations. The more complex the assignment, the more enthusiastic you become. You see opportunities and take them on proactively.
We are looking for a colleague who has experience and feels comfortable within the (cyber) resilience field. You use your knowledge, experience, and soft skills to achieve the best result in collaboration with the client. You are adept at applying pressure and addressing difficult points, without losing sight of the relationship and contact.
Besides carrying out operational work, you are also involved in the further development of our services. In doing so, you think beyond expertise and seek the connection between the organisation, technology, and behaviour


The team

The Northwave Resilience team falls within the Professional Security Services unit and currently consists of around 50 colleagues. They are divided into three teams, each with its own specialisation but they work closely together. They carry out daily consultancy projects, training courses, simulations, or implementations. The Northwave Resilience team currently consists of 14 colleagues. Both the unit and the team are growing rapidly, and currently consists of team members with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. As an experienced colleague, you play an important role in connecting the team and supporting and coaching your less experienced colleagues in their development.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Incident Response, Crisis Management and/or Business Continuity. 
  • You have experience standing in front of groups and taking the lead. 
  • You have experience in organisational development and team dynamics. 
  • You have a genuine interest in technical and organisational aspects of incident response and crisis management. 
  • You can identify problems and take ownership for solving them. You connect with the appropriate people to solve problems quickly within
    their own competences and in wider team(s).
  • You can set strategic priorities and take pride achieving common goals with the team and the organisation. 
  • You can communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English.
  • It is an advantage if you bring substantive expertise on a relevant sub-theme, such as cyber security or crisis communication.
