Job description

We are looking for you to build up our Cyber Behaviour team in Germany.

Your mission

As a specialist in your field, you are responsible for increasing the resilience and resilience of organisations in the face of the threat of cyber attacks.

With our Managed Cyber Safe Behaviour Program, we not only create awareness for the topic of cyber security in our client companies, but also promote sustainable cyber-safe behaviour among employees through targeted campaigns.

The Behaviour team consists of numerous experts at our headquarters in the Netherlands, with knowledge and experience in behavioural psychology, organisational development and crisis and emergency management. Together with your colleagues in Utrecht and your interdisciplinary team in Germany, you will implement our Managed Service for our German-speaking customers.

You will support our customers in the implementation and realization of the Managed Cyber Safe Behaviour Program. From the planning and organisation of target group-specific campaigns to the implementation of specific measures - the possibilities are many and varied. However, you are not on your own. The entire team in the Netherlands and Germany is at your disposal for the implementation of measures such as training courses. With SoSafe, we also have a partner who supports us in the area of eLearning. Your task will be to make our portfolio fit for the German-speaking market and to coordinate and support its implementation. Your technical expertise is of course also in demand. Depending on where your strengths and interests lie, you are welcome to carry out parts of the programme yourself (e.g. workshops).

We are looking for a colleague with experience in Cyber Safe Behaviour. You use your knowledge, experience and methodological skills to achieve the best results together with the customer. You think beyond the technical and look for the connection between processes, technology and people, or as we call it - Business, Bytes, Behaviour.

Together with over 230 security enthusiasts, you help companies to protect themselves against cyber attacks.

What can you expect from us?

Contract

First things first: you will receive a permanent employment contract with 30 days' holiday per year. You can organise your own working hours in consultation with your colleagues and customers.

Development

What do you want to achieve and what support do you need? You will receive regular training and support in achieving your professional goals. You can also develop further within Northwave.

Team

It is important to us to respect and value each other - as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your 230+ colleagues from the Netherlands and Germany is to take part in one of our many activities, such as our annual trip to the theme park.

Equipment

You will be equipped with a modern MacBook and iPhone. We have height-adjustable desks in our offices and our CEO loves to kit us out with merchandise ;-)

Mobility

In order to be mobile at all times, you will receive either a company car or a BahnCard 100 (also for private use).

what else...

No, the fruit basket in the office is not a benefit for us, but a matter of course - just like coffee, tea and lemonade. Have you ever tried Dutch caramel waffles?

Job requirements

The most important thing for us is that you fit into the team and are keen to help shape and advance Northwave. Of course, we also have a few technical requirements for this position.

Education

Do you have a relevant degree, e.g. in psychology, sociology, criminology or similar? Ideally, you have additional qualifications in coaching or change management.

Knowledge and experience

Do you have extensive professional experience in project management and experience with organisational and/or team development? At best, you have knowledge in the field of cyber security and at least a keen interest in it.

Other strengths
