Job description

Our Security Operations Center plays a central role in that mission and continues to grow in scale, complexity and responsibility.

As Team Lead SOC, you lead a team operating in real time, where focus and decision-making matter. You guide analysts in their daily work, support their development and ensure the SOC delivers consistent, high-quality service. You monitor workload, coach performance and create the conditions for people to grow while staying operationally sharp. Service quality, team health and continuous improvement are equally part of your scope.

You work closely with the SOC Manager and contribute to how the SOC evolves as Northwave scales. You help improve processes, support the use of automation and ensure that people, tooling and structure move forward together. This role fits someone who takes ownership, enjoys leading in dynamic environments and wants to shape how a modern SOC develops over time.

Job requirements

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating teams in operational environments, including people responsibility
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, incident response and crisis management
• Ability to balance operational delivery with team development and long-term improvement
• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions under pressure
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
