Job description
Your mission
As a specialist in your field, you are responsible for increasing the resilience of organizations in the face of impending cyber attacks.
As part of our Cyber Resilience Service , we prepare our customers for possible cyber attacks and strengthen their resilience.
Together with your colleagues in Utrecht and your interdisciplinary team in Germany, you will implement resilience projects for our German-speaking customers.
You will support them in optimizing incident response, crisis management and business continuity in the cyber sector. From organisational and plan development to large-scale exercises. From team training to 1-to-1 executive coaching. Together with a team of colleagues, you will work on our programs, projects and (internal) innovations.
In addition to working for our customers, you will also manage a small team of business consultants. You keep an eye on the project pipelines, stay in contact with your neighboring business units and report to the DACH management.
We are looking for a colleague with experience who feels at home in the field of (Cyber)Resilience and Business Continuity Management.
In addition to your consultancy work, you are also involved in the further development of our services. You think outside the box and find the connection between processes, technology and people, or as we call it - Business, Bytes, Behaviour.
Together with over 275+ security enthusiasts, you help companies to protect themselves against cyber attacks.
What can you expect from us?
Contract
First things first: you will receive a permanent employment contract with 30 days' holiday per year. You can organise your own working hours in consultation with your colleagues and customers.
Development
What do you want to achieve and what support do you need? You will receive regular training and support in achieving your professional goals. You can also develop further within Northwave.
Team
It is important to us to respect and value each other - as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your 230+ colleagues from the Netherlands and Germany is to take part in one of our many activities, such as our annual trip to the theme park.
Equipment
You will be equipped with a modern MacBook and iPhone. We have height-adjustable desks in our offices and our CEO loves to kit us out with merchandise ;-)
Mobility
In order to be mobile at all times, you will receive either a company car or a BahnCard 100 (also for private use).
what else...
No, the fruit basket in the office is not a benefit for us, but a matter of course - just like coffee, tea and lemonade. Have you ever tried Dutch caramel waffles?
Job requirements
The most important thing for us is that you fit into the team and are keen to help shape and advance Northwave. Of course, we also have a few technical requirements for this position.
Education
Do you have a relevant degree, e.g. in business administration, business informatics, security management or similar? Ideally, you have additional qualifications in (e.g. coaching, business continuity or change management).
Knowledge and experience
Do you have extensive professional experience in the areas of crisis management, risk management and/or business continuity and experience as a consultant and/or project manager? At best, you have knowledge in the field of cyber security or at least a keen interest in it.
Other strengths
You enjoy working hands-on, both on concepts and on their implementation in close dialogue with your customers and colleagues. You work independently and in a well-structured manner. You have very good German and good English skills.
