The role

As a result-oriented Regional Sales Director, you are able to put together and inspire your future sales team. With your drive, you'll offer vision and strategy and lead Northwave to the next phase of growth in the Nordics. Together with a future team, you are co-responsible for the financial result. In order to realize the growth plans within the Nordics, you will develop a strategic sales plan based on metrics such as funnel, wins, revenue and margin, where the results within the team and individuals become measurable and controllable. While creating this future team, you will proactively operate as dedicated point of contact in sales, identifying and closing commercial opportunities.


With your solid experience as a Sales leader, you set up the Swedish sales team for which you have HR responsibility. You guide the sales team with your vision, passion, energy and knowledge and act as an inspiration. Leading by example, you take on a coaching role and motivate and support the sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.


The team

You will work closely with the Country Manager Sweden, as well as with the the General Manager Nordics.

Job requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales leader
  • Affinity with cyber security
  • Result-oriented
  • Proactive
  • Analytical
  • A relevant bachelor's degree
